Meet the Team

Owner
Justin Fuller
Founder & CEO, Full Asleep PLLC
Welcome! My name is Justin Fuller, and I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice and a Master’s in Education. With over a decade of experience in nursing and advanced anesthesia care, I specialize in delivering tailored anesthesia solutions for dental practices through my company, Full Asleep PLLC.
I began my career in healthcare as a registered nurse and quickly discovered my passion for advanced practice anesthesia. After earning my doctorate from Midwestern University, I worked at Banner University Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma hospital, where I honed my expertise in trauma, thoracic, and endoscopic anesthesia cases. These experiences have shaped my commitment to providing safe, patient-centered anesthesia care.
In addition to my clinical practice, I have a strong background in education. I’ve served as a clinical educator for nursing students at Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University, as well as an online nursing theory instructor at GCU. I am passionate about mentoring future CRNAs and am eager to contribute to the development of a CRNA program at Arizona State University.
When I’m not in the OR or teaching, I focus on supporting Native American entrepreneurs and exploring opportunities to empower communities through business grants and initiatives.
Whether you’re a patient, provider, or entrepreneur, I’m here to collaborate and create meaningful solutions.
